Top 10 Questions that Could Change Your Life!

“Never underestimate your power to change yourself. Never overestimate your power to change others.” – H. Jackson Brown, Jr.

When we are children we discover the world. How did we do that? We were curious about everything and we didn’t take anything for granted. We wanted to know what makes the world turn. As we grow older we learn to adapt and stick to what we know. We even seem to hold all wisdom that we like to share with others. Our curiosity often sticks to triggers as little as the cause of a noise, the details of a terrible accident, or the newest gossip. But we seem to have stopped questioning all together.

There are some questions though we might ask ourselves from time to time as they might be vital for living a happy, healthy, and wealthy life! Here are my top 10 Questions that could change your life:

1. Am I living a truly happy life? This is a tricky questions, but you need to be honest to yourself. You might have some happy moments, but are they truly indicating a happy life? You might have a well paid job, but is it what you really want to do? You might have all you dreamt of, but are you really happy within yourself?

2. What does happiness mean to me? Just think about it a moment. How do you define happiness? What do you connect happiness with? Is this definition true to who you are or is it what you have learned to be over the time?  Dig deep into your life to find your true meaning of happiness. What did you like as a child? What do you enjoy doing? Often we have forgotten about that passion we used to have as children, discarded by the limitation of what is true to society.

3. What do I need to live a truly happy life? Be honest with yourself and list all the feelings, skills, people, and things you may need to live a truly happy life. Cross the people and things out, since you are the only one responsible for being happy. The people might accompanying your journey, things might make life more comfortable, but happiness can only last when it comes from within yourself.

4. Am I truly healthy? Be honest! You might be healthy in general, but there might be random aches and little issues, you try to ignore? Your body is the best indicator for your  emotional health.

 5. What does health mean to me? How important is health to you on a scale from 1 to 10 while 10 is being very important? What does being healthy gives you? What else do you connect with the term health. Broaden your perspective. Maybe use mind mapping as a tool.

6. What to I need to live a truly healthy life? Be honest with yourself and list all that you believe is needed to live a healthy life. Remember the only person responsible for creating a healthy life is you, but there is great support out there such as physicians, therapists, counsellors, coaches, and most importantly family and friends.

7. Am I truly wealthy? This is a beautiful questions to ponder on. Maybe you write down your first thought and after answering the next two questions, you might think about this one again.

8. What does wealth mean to me? Take your time to really look at the word wealth and find out what it truly means to you. Make a note of everything that pops in your mind while you are looking for your own definition. Is it only about material things? What about accessibility or knowledge? Be curious what else wealth might be for you? Keep going until you have a big pool of answers to acknowledge how wealthy you already are!

9. What do I need to live a truly wealthy life? How do you imagine a wealthy life? What is still missing to make it happen? How important are material things to you? When do you know that you live a wealthy life?

10. What do I truly need to change in order to create a happy, healthy, and wealthy life? Start observing your thoughts; are they empowering or are they limiting? Figure out what you believe about yourself, your own fortune, your health, and even about being wealthy. Often our belief system holds us back from becoming a truly happy, healthy, and wealthy person.

These questions seem simple at first, but when you take a serious look at your answers you might discover a universe full of possibilities within yourself.
