Life Coaching – An Investment in the Quality of Your Life

Are you happy, healthy and wealthy? Have you experienced draw backs throughout your life? Have you sometimes wondered why you don’t seem to move forward?

If your answer to these questions is yes, then life coaching might be an option for you to break free from repetitive patterns in your life. Why?

Coaching has been around for a while, especially in the world of sport. For sport teams or sports people there is no question that a coach is necessary to reach the best results. The idea of coaching is to achieve a better performance or more satisfaction. And still when it comes to our lives we believe we can manage everything by ourselves. Maybe we can. But who makes us accountable on moving forward, on overcoming the obstacles in our ways, and further more who opens the door to a new perspective? And why is that important?

Our Belief System

Everything starts with our belief system. From early childhood onwards we have learned what the world is all about. We have made up our minds about society, friends, and family. And we too have developed strong opinions about money, success, luck, and even relationships. All that has been approved by experiences we have had throughout our lives. You might think, so what is wrong with that?

Nothing really. But it too has a great influence on our live. So it’s worth discovering what kind of beliefs we are holding that actually prevents us from moving forward. Have you ever told yourself something like:

  • I can’t do this.
  • I haven’t got a chance.
  • I am too old now.
  • I just can’t win.
  • I haven’t got enough money.
  • I am not good enough.

These are indicators for beliefs that are often referred to self-limiting beliefs. Limiting, because they keep us away from what we really want in our lives. All have started at some point when we were being told repeatedly such as we are not good enough, we need to try harder, or we are stupid. Whenever we hear something often enough our subconscious mind seem to incorporate it as a belief.

When we don’t get what we want

The subconscious mind is like a computer. While serving the web, the computer runs silent and invisible programs. Sometimes our computer stops working all together. So we restart or clean the hard disk from all unwanted stuff. Now our mind is similar. It too runs programs that act like filters. These filters check all incoming stimuli. Once information doesn’t match with our belief system it becomes discarded.

For instance you apply for a job you really want. You are even sure that you would be the best for it. But then somebody else gets the job. The chances that you didn’t believe that you are good enough and that you deserve this job are very high. Often these tiny yet powerful beliefs are the reasons for us not moving forward in life. We become stuck in a rut.

Enhance the quality of your life

But it doesn’t need to be like this. Like a computer we too can re-program our belief system. With the help of Life Coaching we are able to overwrite these limiting beliefs, overcome obstacles in our way, and move towards a healthier, happier, and wealthier life. A Life Coach empowers you to embark onto this journey and keeps you going until you reach the place where you really want to be.

As every person is unique with their own experiences, perspectives, obstacles, and dreams I facilitate beside private sessions also Workshops with the aim to have a platform where you can share and express your own uniqueness and at the same time to also be of inspiration to others.
